Every birdhouse we make is crafted by hand — which means a little extra care (and time) goes into getting it ready to fly to its new home.

Processing Time

Each order is made and packed by us, Callaway & Chloe.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your birdhouse to be built, finished, and prepared for shipping.
Custom orders may take a bit longer — we’ll always keep you updated!

 Shipping Details

  • We ship from North Carolina, USA

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way

  • Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping

Packaging

Each birdhouse is wrapped securely to ensure it arrives safely — just as sturdy and beautiful as when it left our workshop. We do our best to use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you (and your birds!) to love your purchase.

Each of our birdhouses is hand-built, painted, and packed with care in our North Carolina workshop. Because everything we make is handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike — and that’s what makes them special.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right. Your happiness means the world to us.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Because each birdhouse is handmade, custom orders (including personalized designs or colors) are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Orders

If your birdhouse arrives damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your account.
